Carolyn qualified in 1983, commenced work with British Rail in London, then quickly became Assistant Estates Manager at SEEBOARD HQ in Sussex – in both organisations dealing with extensive property portfolios across the South East. 10 years in rural West Wales followed in a County Town mixed discipline private practice, where she eventually specialised in valuation and survey of residential property, whilst also serving on a housing association board.

Since returning to the South East she has worked for some of the largest suppliers of surveys and valuations in the UK as well as in house valuation departments of large lenders.

She lives in Sussex and joined Ward James in 2014.
