David started his surveying journey as a trainee surveyor at WG Edwards & Partners in Blackfriars in 1983 (where he first met one of our partners, Nick Tucker), going on to qualify as a chartered surveyor 1990. David has worked in both the residential and commercial markets including running his own residential practice. Most recently David worked for Hamptons International in their Pimlico office as Associate Director before joining Ward James in 2022.
